Secretary and Treasurer.
Membership & Chapter Services Committee
Consists
of the District Directors. Duties shall be
to review and recommend applications for
membership and promote membership in the
Association
Education / Professional Development
Committee
Chaired by the Vice President, assisted by
an ex-officio member of the KHA staff
Bylaws
Committee
Shall review and update and the Association
bylaws as needed and formulate appropriate
recommendations to the Board of Directors.
This committee is chaired by the immediate
Past President.
Legislative & Labor Committee
Monitors national and state legislative and
labor developments and research, develops
and recommends advocacy programs that will
meet the need of the membership.
Communication Committee
Chaired by the President is responsible for
compiling and distributing four (4)
quarterly newsletters. This committee is
responsible for distribution of the goals,
financial, and other pertinent information
that may be needed by the membership.
Chapter Management Chair
Oversees activities of the chapter to
facilitate completion of the chapter
management recognition as outlined by the
American Society for Healthcare Human
Resources Administration.
Nominating Committee
Consists of three (3) members, one of which
is the immediate Past President
